Scope
The pilot covers one named AI-agent company, one investment or diligence decision and up to ten public traction or economic claims. Delivery is targeted within 48 hours after payment and written scope acceptance, with a two-hour research cap.
Deliverable
You receive a two-page decision brief, an atomic claim ledger, a source manifest, five mechanism-relevant comparables, red flags, unknowns and a correction route. The output is research support, not investment, legal, accounting or tax advice.
Acceptance
A delivery passes when it arrives within the agreed window; every material number is atomic and source-linked; derived calculations expose inputs; source conflicts remain visible; settlement is not described as demand without separate evidence; and buyer-supplied confidential material remains segregated.
Correction or refund
If the written acceptance test fails, the buyer receives one correction cycle or refund. Report the failure within seven days and identify the unmet criterion. A change in investment opinion, unavailable evidence, a source that was accurately labeled uncertain, or a request beyond the agreed scope is not an acceptance failure.
Exclusions
The pilot excludes private-database resale, confidential-source investigation, legal discovery, background checks, valuation opinions, investment recommendations, financial audits, guaranteed source availability and unsupported certainty. We may reject any source that cannot be used lawfully or safely.
Confidentiality and data rights
Do not submit material non-public information, secrets or personal data unrelated to the decision. Buyer context stays private and will not enrich public cases without written permission. Public facts may be analyzed with attribution; source expression, database rights, terms, privacy and takedown requirements remain binding.
Limits
The dossier represents evidence observed during a stated window. Sources change, companies correct statements and public records can be incomplete. The pilot does not guarantee completeness, future accuracy, investment outcomes or uninterrupted access. Any liability treatment beyond correction/refund requires a separately signed agreement reviewed by counsel.
Payment and cancellation
The `$149` pilot is prepaid and does not auto-renew. Work begins only after scope and payment are confirmed. If we cannot accept the scope or clear essential source rights, we refund without claiming a completed pilot.
