Append-only review · no silent rewrites

Submit a claim ID, public source and specific correction. Material claims enter UNDER_REVIEW while a reviewer other than the original assessor reproduces the evidence.

Possible outcomes are `UPHOLD`, `AMEND`, `RETRACT`, `SUPERSEDE` or `UNRESOLVED`. Prior versions remain discoverable. One appeal is allowed when it contains new evidence.

Response target

We aim to acknowledge a specific, reproducible correction within two business days during the founding pilot. That is a target, not a guaranteed service level.
