Privacy notice
Do not submit secrets, private keys, confidential deal documents, sensitive personal data or material non-public information. The pilot form is for a public company name, public claims, your business contact and the decision you want supported.
What we collect
The dossier request form stores the contact you provide, named company, decision or claims, selected offer and submission time. The correction form stores your contact, claim ID, source URL, correction text and submission time. Basic product analytics record page events, path, case ID, time and browser user-agent. The application does not intentionally store visitor IP addresses.
Why we use it
We use request data to assess fit, reply, scope a pilot and deliver or correct a dossier. We use aggregate product events to understand whether the evidence interface works. We do not sell contact data or use submitted confidential context to enrich the public dataset without written permission.
Retention
Unaccepted requests and correction contact details are retained for no more than 30 days unless you ask us to continue or a legal/security need requires a short documented hold. Accepted pilot records, invoices, delivery receipts and correction history may be retained for accounting, contract and evidence integrity. Public claim history may remain append-only, but private contact details are separated from public evidence.
Access, correction and deletion
Use the same contact channel you submitted or the correction form. Ask for access, correction or deletion and identify the request. We will verify control of the contact before disclosing or deleting private records.
Data processors and location
The founding pilot runs on the Rushabdev server and uses Caddy/systemd application infrastructure. Source links open third-party sites governed by their policies. No promise of a specific data residency regime is made in this pilot.
Controller contact
Submit a request through the Observatory form with the subject "privacy", or contact the Rushabdev operator through the same business channel used for your dossier. This is an operational pilot notice, not a substitute for jurisdiction-specific legal advice. Counsel review is required before scale.
